Job summary

VetsEZ is seeking a seasoned Healthcare IT operations leader to manage daily HIE operations, staffing, and service delivery. You will head the help desk, oversee ticket triage and user support, and coordinate incidents, escalations, and performance reporting across teams.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years of healthcare IT operations experience, strong leadership of help desk services, and a proven ability to manage service levels and vendor relationships.
