• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience in food manufacturing.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily manufacturing operations to meet production schedules, quality standards, and labor targets.
• Monitor throughput, waste, and downtime to maximize efficiency.
• Allocate labor resources to meet operational demands and drive accountability for safety and quality.
• Lead Lean, 5S, and Kaizen initiatives to improve process performance.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, USDA, FDA and SQF programs.
