National Frozen Foods Corporation in Washington state seeks an experienced Plant Manager to lead all plant operations, safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, while driving efficiency and cost control.

You will oversee department managers, champion lean initiatives, and develop a high-performing team focused on safety, production, and continuous improvement in a food-processing environment.

Formación

• 7+ years manufacturing experience.
• 4+ years in a significant plant leadership role preferred.
• 2+ years of lean manufacturing tool use and training experience.
• Experience with WSDA/FDA preferred.
• Business, analytical and financial acumen required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills required.
• Strong analytical problem solving.
• Computer knowledge and MS Office suite.
• Working knowledge of HACCP and food production quality programs.
• Experience with state and local regulatory agency standards.

Responsabilidades

• Provide overall leadership for the processing plant.
• Ensure personnel safety, production efficiency, quality, food safety, regulatory compliance, asset management, and cost control.
• Direct reports include plant department managers.
• Drive lean initiatives and continuous improvement across operations.
• Collaborate with HR and finance to align objectives and resources.
