Job summary

Placements24 is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead distribution center operations in Welkom, Free State. You will oversee warehousing, logistics, and inventory to ensure safe, efficient flows of goods and on-time customer service.

You will develop strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and sustain high productivity while leading a dedicated team and upholding safety standards and quality across all processes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Operations Management, preferably within FMCG distribution or logistics.
• Strong leadership, team management and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field preferred.

• Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and dispatch.
