You will manage office operations, production timelines, and internal communications in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment. The role requires QuickBooks Online experience, CRM familiarity, a valid driver’s license, and a proactive, multi-tasking mindset.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project-coordination skills.
• Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with QuickBooks Online is required.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for occasional site visits.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations, keeping the workspace organized and welcoming.
• Coordinate production schedules, job timelines, and crew/installer assignments to keep projects on track.
• Track jobs from sale through completion and flag delays or issues early.
• Manage calendars, scheduling, and internal coordination across the team.
• Occasionally travel to job sites in your own vehicle; mileage reimbursed.
• Order and track materials to keep projects moving on schedule.
