Pieper Electric is seeking a Project Manager to lead electrical construction projects, ensuring safety, profitability, and timely delivery. You will manage accounts from planning through completion, build strong customer relationships, and identify new business opportunities to drive growth.

The role emphasizes teamwork across branches, adherence to safety priorities, and continuous improvement to support company goals. Based in multiple Wisconsin locations with some travel.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, Engineering, or related field preferred; significant relevant work experience may be considered in place of a degree.
• 5+ years of prior experience, preferably in electrical construction.
• Knowledge of estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and project cost control processes.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business lines to coordinate, execute, and deliver projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
• Apply sound project management practices, including requirements analysis, business case development, project charters, project plans, resource plans, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with business leaders to ensure appropriate project prioritization, staffing, and resourcing.
• Achieve minimum budgeted net profit targets.
• Manage billing and collections to support positive cash flow.
• Facilitate continuous process improvement to increase field productivity.
• Forecast weekly goals and analyze performance factors to adjust for maximum efficiency.
• Share manpower, resources, and tools across branches and departments as needed.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring high-quality service.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer concerns or complaints.
• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities through networking and customer interaction.
