Responsibilities include optimizing the rental process, forecasting staffing and fleet needs, monitoring KPIs, and implementing process improvements to reduce delays while maintaining service excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with real-time monitoring tools and operational systems.
• Proven ability to lead and coach a performance-driven sales team.

Responsibilities
