  • Lead the end-to-end operational launch of new Nabis warehouse markets, including facility readiness, process implementation, staffing, and go-live execution.
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve the standardized Expansion Playbook, defining best practices for launching and stabilizing new markets from an operational and supply chain perspective.
  • Build warehouse operations from the ground up by establishing workflows, SOPs, performance metrics, and training programs that align with Nabis’s centralized operating model.
  • Recruit, onboard, train, and manage warehouse leadership and associates in new markets, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence.
  • Own daily warehouse operations during expansion phases, ensuring accurate and timely inbound, outbound, inventory, and transportation activities while meeting all SLAs.
  • Track, manage, and report on market-level OKRs and KPIs, including DOTIF, inventory accuracy, quality of service, productivity, and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor and manage daily volume, labor planning, and staffing forecasts to ensure operational continuity and scalability during ramp-up and steady-state operations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to SOPs, safety standards, and all state and federal cannabis distribution regulations, including inventory tracking, compliance reporting, and audits.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Central Operations, Engineering, Finance, People, and other stakeholders to align systems, tools, reporting, and processes during market launches.
  • Serve as the primary operational point of contact for vendors, carriers, and external supply chain partners in new and existing markets.
  • When not launching new markets, deploy to existing warehouses to lead strategic operational initiatives, pilot new processes or technology, and provide interim site leadership coverage as needed.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using data, technology, and frontline insights to improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and customer experience across the network.
  • Communicate clearly, proactively, and professionally with internal teams and external partners, particularly in fast-moving, high-pressure, and ambiguous environments.
