Job summary

Odeko is seeking an experienced warehouse operations leader to drive daily fulfillment in our Maine-based facility. You will plan and optimize picks, pack lines, and dispatch routes while coaching an hourly team to high performance.

You will implement SOPs, ensure safety and accuracy, and act as on-floor problem solver. This role requires 3+ years of warehouse leadership and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years running warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations.
• Proven ability to lead hourly teams and maintain performance under pressure.
• Familiarity with WMS tools and handheld scanners; quick to learn new systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Lead picking, packing, routing, and dispatch to ensure on-time fulfillment.
• Coach Ops Leads and hourly associates; run effective huddles and handoffs.
• Develop and enforce SOPs; monitor accuracy, safety, and cleanliness.
• On-floor problem solving and escalation to Site Lead as needed.

What You'll Own

You'll run the floor.

Picking, packing, routing, dispatching - you're the one making sure it all clicks into place, shift after shift. You build the plan, you adjust it on the fly, and you make the call when priorities shift mid-shift.

You'll build the team.

Ops Leads and hourly associates look to you for real coaching, not just direction. You'll train people up, mentor them through the tough days, and run huddles and handoffs that actually keep everyone aligned.

You'll raise the bar.

SOPs aren't just paperwork here - you're the reason they stick. You'll keep an eye on accuracy, partner with site leadership on what could work better, and keep the warehouse running safe, clean, and organized.

You'll be the go-to.

When something breaks on the floor, you're first on the scene - and you know exactly when to solve it yourself and when to loop in the Site Lead or GM. You'll keep everyone in the loop, up and down the chain, without the noise.

What You Bring

• 3+ years running warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics operations - you know what a good shift looks like
• A track record of getting hourly teams to show up and perform, even when the pace doesn't let up
• Comfort with WMS tools, handheld scanners, and final mile dispatch - or a fast learner's confidence that you'll pick it up
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• The stamina for a shift that moves - lifting up to 50 lbs. and staying on your feet, because this job doesn't happen behind a desk

Compensation for this role is up to $70,000 and will be based upon leadership and operational experience.
