Job summary

Odeko is hiring for an Order Picking - Packing - Stocking - Loading role in Hyattsville, MD. You will use an RF scanner to pull items, assist with inventory, and help load merchandise for delivery.

The job requires reading, writing, and speaking English and involves lifting up to 60 pounds in a fast-paced fulfillment center environment. The shift runs Monday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM with weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse picking/packing is preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand/speak English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pull items using an RF scanner to build customer orders.
• Move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the fulfillment center.
• Operate hand truck, pallet jack, or electric pallet jack to move inventory.
• Occasionally ascend a platform ladder to pull items.
• Assemble customer packages.
• Assist with inventory management, counting and inspecting items.
• Assist with loading/unloading of merchandise to vehicles.
• Organize and clean the warehouse; perform tasks as assigned.

Order Picking - Packing - Stocking - Loading

$19/ hr paid weekly /// schedule/hours - Monday through Thursday 9 AM - 2 PM

What your shift will look like:

• Using an RF scanner, identify and pull items to build customer orders
• Frequently move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds throughout the fulfillment center
• Operate a hand truck, pallet jack, or electric pallet jack to move inventory across the fulfillment center
• Occasionally ascend a platform ladder to pull customer items
• Assemble customer packages
• Assist with inventory management, including counting and inspecting items
• Assist with the loading and unloading of merchandise and non-inventory in and out of delivery vehicles, trucks, and vans
• Organizing and cleaning the warehouse
• Perform all tasks as assigned
• Must be able to read, write, & understand/speak English
