Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years in a driver supervisor role.
• Familiarity with safety and preventive maintenance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishing and upholding a work environment with trust and respect.
• Familiarity with safe operation and preventive maintenance of heavy equipment.
• Plan routes and meet delivery schedules.
• Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety, and perform preventive maintenance.
• Drive business results with data-based decisions.
• Empower and engage operators and set departmental objectives.
• Prepare production and labor hour reports as required.
• Participate in investigations of accidents or injuries and initiate corrective actions.
• Communicate effectively in English, written and verbal.
