• Identify and resolve issues before escalation.
• Support drivers with clear expectations and accountability.
• Communicate updates and risks to ownership daily.
• Submit end-of-day reports on challenges, issues, morale, and maintenance.
• Assist staffing, onboarding, and driver development.
• Ensure compliance with FedEx policies and safety standards.
