Ground Logistics is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee FedEx pickup and delivery in Kentucky. You will lead drivers and supervisors, manage daily dispatch, plan routes, ensure safety training and DOT compliance, and maintain a strong FedEx partnership.

The role requires a hands-on leader, with early mornings and weekend availability. Ground Logistics offers weekly pay, benefits, and opportunities for growth within a growing contractor network in the FedEx space.
