Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an Operations Manager for an operating site with in-role training of 6+ weeks located 50+ miles from the home site. You will lead a team of salaried and hourly staff, driving safety, quality, attendance and on-time deliveries through data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include mentoring, large-project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration with Safety, Ops Integration, and HR to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends/nights/holidays.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate your team.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Create productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, HR, Loss Prevention to meet objectives.
