Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Initiates, directs and participates in community outreach programs with associates and managers.
• Models exceptional customer service standards and supports store initiatives.
• Oversees safety, asset protection, quality assurance, and store operations.
