LOCATION – UNIVERSITY of Arkansas – Fayetteville, AR. Levy provides all hospitality services at 9 different venues for Arkansas Athletics that include the newly added Big Red’s Roof Top bar, a one of a kind NCAA experience. We serve a passionate fan base for football, men’s and women’s basketball, baseball, softball, volleyball, soccer, gymnastics and men’s and women’s tennis along with hundreds of non-game day catering events and suites service.

Job Summary

Ready to lead the charge in operational excellence? As a Manager of Operations with Levy, you will spearhead day-to-day logistics, support department leadership, and ensure all operational functions run smoothly and efficiently. You will develop strategies, oversee staffing execution, and uphold Levy’s high standards of service and organization.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage and coordinate daily operational activities

+ Lead event setup, execution, and breakdown processes

+ Maintain inventory control systems and ensure compliance

+ Liaise with department leads to meet event requirements

+ Ensure team adherence to Levy standards and protocols

+ Support employee training and onboarding

+ Partner with culinary, sales, and HR for cross-functional success

+ Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and operational software

+ Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial operations role

+ Knowledge of food and beverage service operations and labor scheduling
