Role Overview: As an Operations Manager at ABC, you will lead the overall operations of an ABC facility, fostering a supportive work environment, demonstrating commitment to families, and overseeing financial, safety, and compliance aspects of your location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Metrics & Financials: Track KPIs, manage clinic budgets, and monitor team performance monthly.
  • Community Engagement: Build strong relationships with families, providing education and guidance during onboarding.
  • Team Leadership: Attract, engage, and retain 25-50 team members delivering clinical excellence. Conduct performance evaluations, corrective actions, and development plans. Organize monthly and quarterly team events.
  • Clinical Outcomes: Collaborate with clinic admissions, clinical directors, and department leaders to ensure operational quality.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 years of experience managing large teams across multiple sites or districts.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred; significant management experience required.
  • High emotional intelligence to work effectively with children with developmental delays and their families.
  • Strong communication skills among department leaders.
  • An impact-driven leader who provides exceptional experiences for teammates and families, unafraid to tackle challenges.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and assume various positions (e.g., bending, kneeling, crawling, etc.).
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
  • Visual acuity at near and far distances.
  • Must be present at the assigned location and able to wear PPE.
  • Ability to hear, understand, and differentiate sounds.
  • Exposure to moderate-to-loud noise levels.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and evaluate consequences.
  • Ability to perform essential functions safely and effectively, adhering to ADA, FMLA, and other standards.
  • Maintain punctual attendance as per legal standards.
