As an Operations Manager at ABC, you will lead the overall operations of an ABC Facility. This includes cultivating a work environment that is intensely supportive of your team, demonstrating an unrelenting commitment to the families of ABC, and exhibiting key oversight and ownership of financial, safety, and compliance of your location.

What You Will Be Doing At ABC
  • Metrics & Financials: Monthly tracking of KPIs, Clinic Budgets, and Team Performance.
  • Community Engagement: Establish strong connections with families, providing education and guidance throughout onboarding.
  • Team Leadership: Attract, Engage & Retain 25-50 teammates who deliver Clinical Excellence.
  • Conduct Performance Evaluations, Corrective Actions, and Development Plans.
  • Plan Monthly & Quarterly Team Events and Celebrations!
  • Clinical Outcomes: Partner with your Clinic Admissions Associate, Clinical Director & Department Leaders on Operations Quality.
What You Will Bring To ABC
  • At least 6 years of people management experience leading large teams across multiple sites and/or district management.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred or considerable people management experience required.
  • High EQ - we work with kids with developmental delays and their families.
  • Strong and professional communication among Department Leaders.
  • An Impact Player who will give an amazing experience to teammates & families! Someone unafraid to run to the fire and save the day!
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, and assume various positions (bending, kneeling, squatting, etc.).
  • Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to maintain visual acuity.
  • Must be physically present at the job location.
  • Proper PPE usage.
  • Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech or sounds.
  • Exposure to moderate-to-loud noise levels.
  • Ability to make independent decisions and evaluate consequences.
  • Ability to perform essential functions in compliance with ADA, FMLA, and other standards.
  • Maintain punctual attendance as per standards.
