redbox+ Dumpsters of St. Louis is seeking an Operations Manager to join our hands-on team. You will oversee driver performance, routing effectiveness, safety compliance, and daily operations across Roll-Off/Portable Toilet services for contractor customers.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in management, CDL A/B, and a DOT medical card, with a hands-on approach and excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B is required.
• DOT Medical Card is required.
• Driver History Report (MVR) is required.
• Commercial driving experience (1 year preferred).
• Management experience (3 years preferred).

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots repair and maintenance items and provides daily updates.
• Reviews daily routes and ensures routing efficiency to deliver Roll-Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job-sites safely and on time.
• Communicates with customers and homeowners to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Daily utilization of Whip Around Maintenance and Inspection program; ensures safety compliance including DOT pre-trip inspections.
• Builds and maintains good working relationships with project managers.
• Run weekly meetings and communicate company policies to Drivers.
• Hire, train, and conduct performance reviews of Drivers.
• Collaborates with office manager to handle customer complaints or critical matters to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Directs and oversees transportation operations within the company.
• Delivers and empties Roll-Off/Portable Toilet Containers and wastewater tanks at disposal sites.
