redbox+ of Columbus is seeking a hands-on Operations Manager to lead the waste and hauling unit. You will supervise daily logistics, plan routes, oversee equipment utilization, and drive growth while maintaining safety standards.

A CDL-B license is preferred; proven leadership, strong communication, and the ability to balance office work with field operations are essential. You will partner with customers and vendors to deliver reliable, customer-first solutions.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in managing teams and operations.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to balance office duties with fieldwork.
• Knowledge of safety, DOT/OSHA standards.
• Experience in logistics or transportation is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver top-tier customer service and reliability.
• Plan routes, manage daily operations, equipment utilization and logistics.
• Monitor budgets, KPIs, and drive growth and profitability.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and environmental regulations.
• Hands-on leadership by operating roll-off trucks when needed.
• Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners.
