Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots repair and maintenance items and provides daily updates.
• Reviews daily routes and ensures routing efficiency to deliver Roll‑Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job‑sites safely and on time.
• Communicates with customers and homeowners to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Daily utilization of Whip Around Maintenance and Inspection program. Ensures compliance with safety rules and regulations including completion of Safety Pre‑Trip inspections according to DOT guidelines.
• Builds and maintains good working relationships with project managers.
• Run weekly meetings and communicate company policies to Drivers.
• Hire, Train, and conduct Performance Reviews of Drivers.
• Work side by side with office manager to handle customer complaints or critical matters in order to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Directs and oversees transportation operations within the company.
• Deliver Roll‑Off/Portable Toilet Combination Containers to customer job‑sites safely, and empty containers and wastewater tanks at disposal sites.

Qualifications

• Commercial driving: 1 year (Preferred)
• Management experience: 3 years (Preferred)
• CDL Class A or B (Required)
• DOT Medical Card (Required)
• Driver History Report (MVR – Required)
