A leading transportation company is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee their commuter shuttle services. This role involves managing a multi-level team and ensuring safety, reliability, and excellent customer service across all routes. The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and oversee all aspects of our operations supporting commuter shuttle services. The Operations Manager will manage a multi-level team of drivers, supervisors, dispatchers and safety professionals ensuring seamless execution of operations client expectations. The Operations Manager will ensure that all vehicles are operated in a safe, reliable, courteous and timely manner with a high-level of customer service.
The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing operations for 10-20 routes and experience working with and presenting to clients.
This is for proposed business and all offers are contingent upon Hallcon's award of the contract.
