You'll be excited to occasionally use your English/Spanish skills to recruit, onboard and manage a team of exceptional individuals committed to excellence in service and results with residential cleaning customers. Of course, cleaning experience will be helpful for you, but not a requirement. You'll feel good about Ecomaid's dedication to delivering exceptional cleaning while protecting your health, the health of customers, and the environment. You'll be applying your attention to detail as you manage processes and the teams, arrange their scheduling and assist in overcoming challenges. Your familiarity with basic office software like Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and CRM software is helpful. Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule beginning at 7:45am, which includes office hours and some remote work.
