What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Communicate directly with patients and their families to determine needs and special requirements
- Schedule various appointment types for multiple locations based on patient needs
- Professionally document and confirm requested appointments
- Manage incoming faxes from referral sources and triage general inquiry calls
- Contact patients regarding no-show or rescheduled appointments

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school education or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Ability to follow a work schedule from 8 am CT to 5 pm CT
- Completion of a skills assessment as part of the selection process

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a medical office
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Familiarity with EMR systems (NextGen)
- Understanding of DME/Orthotic products
