Your Impact

Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, you’ll lead day-to-day operations, ensure seamless settlements, and be the face of excellence for client service. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives on precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You’ll Do:

• Oversee end-to-end daily settlement processes
• Ensure timely reconciliations between internal ledgers, banking partners, and processors
• Investigate and resolve exceptions and reconciliation breaks
• Act as the primary operational contact for institutional clients
• Maintain internal controls to mitigate risk and ensure compliance
• Initiate transfers to support liquidity and outbound payments
• Enter client transactions and maintain recordkeeping systems

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting
• 3-5 years in banking or treasury operations required
• Strong Excel skills and comfort with analytical tasks
• Exceptional organization, time management, and communication skills
• Team mindset with the ability to work across departments
