Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or foreign equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager or similar in automotive manufacturing.
• Experience with DFM, ERP, DMAIC, PFMEA/DFMEA, PPAP and DOE preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain manufacturing operations plans including labor, cycle times, costs and quality targets.
• Coordinate production activities with functions and suppliers to optimize resources.
• Ensure costs, quality and delivery commitments are met and drive continuous improvement.
• Train staff on policies, procedures and regulations and ensure compliance.
