Qualifications

• Experience leading injection molding operations.
• Background in automotive or Tier 1/OEM suppliers.
• Strong lean and CI expertise.
• familiarity with RJG, scientific molding, or process monitoring systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Improve OEE through higher machine uptime and efficiency.
• Drive labor productivity via automation and shift optimization.
• Reduce inventory using lean principles and real-time tracking.
• Lower scrap and defects while improving first-pass yield.
• Assist in strategic projects such as RJG eDART implementation and real-time press scheduling.
