Job summary

Medal is seeking an Operations Manager to build and run the operational backbone for General Intuition and Medal. You will own contract lifecycles, document management, and support teams with compliance and due diligence. You’ll also develop AI-powered tools to automate repetitive tasks and improve accuracy.

This role offers exposure to investor relations, equity management, HR, and compliance across GI and Medal, with room to grow as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Design and automate workflows using AI tools.
• High attention to spelling, punctuation and dates.
• 1–4 years in a high-precision environment (paralegal, finance, consulting, or startup ops).

Responsibilities

• Own contract lifecycles and company document management.
• Lead compliance workstreams: SOC 2, ISO, and government certifications with evidence.
• Build tools to automate ops workflows for speed and precision.
