You will review plans, staff schedules, performance reviews, and budgeting scenarios, provide expert feedback, and collaborate with teams. Start is immediate; engagement is approximately 4-6 weeks, with task-based payment transitioning to hourly after initial task approval.

Qualifications

About the Role

Mercor is hiring experienced General and Operations Managers to help evaluate and improve cutting-edge AI systems. In this role, you'll evaluate AI-generated operational management content and workflows, leveraging your real-world expertise in directing multi-department operations, staffing, financial oversight, and cross-functional decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated operational plans, staff schedules, performance reviews, and other management artifacts for quality and accuracy.

• Compare AI-generated responses head-to-head based on operational soundness, financial rigor, and cross-department feasibility.

• Review operational scenarios involving budgeting, staffing, workflow coordination, and performance improvement decisions and provide expert feedback.

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a General Manager, Operations Manager, Operations Director, Business Manager, District Manager, or another closely related general operations management role.

• Experience directing multi-department or multi-location operations, including budgeting, staffing, and performance oversight.

• Ability to commit 20+ hours per week.

• Strong written English communication skills.

• Payment: task-based (payment upon first task approval). Experts who complete their first task within the required timeline will then be qualified to be paid hourly for the remainder of the project.
