Job summary

Mercor is seeking an experienced General and Operations Manager for a remote, contract-based role. The project runs 4–6 weeks with a commitment of 20+ hours per week and compensation in the range of $70–$110 per hour. Start date is immediate, and the work is performed independently and asynchronously.

Responsibilities include evaluating AI-generated operational plans, staff schedules, and performance reviews for quality and accuracy, and ensuring financial rigor across departments.
