Job summary

Pacific Lutheran University is seeking an Operations Manager for Accelerated Nursing Programs to provide high-level administrative, operational, and project-management support to the ABSN leadership. The role involves coordinating across Tacoma, Auburn, and Lynnwood campuses, building efficient systems, and ensuring compliance and consistency across sites.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree and 2 years of administrative/operations experience OR 4 years related experience.
• Willingness to travel among Tacoma, Auburn, and Lynnwood campuses.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day administrative operations for ABSN leadership across multiple campuses.
• Serve as liaison among School of Nursing leadership, faculty, staff, students, and external partners.
• Manage calendars, meetings, travel, events, and deadlines; resolve scheduling conflicts.
