Job summary

Orbis Education is seeking a Clinical Faculty Coordinator in Auburn, WA to foster strong clinical partnerships and support an accelerated BSN program with Pacific Lutheran University. The role centers on onsite collaboration with PLU and clinical sites in the Greater Seattle area.

You will maintain relationships with clinical partners, coordinate schedules, and help align clinical experiences with program outcomes while supporting nursing students and faculty.

Qualifications

• MSN preferred; BSN required.
• Unencumbered WA RN license.
• Two years teaching experience as a preceptor, adjunct clinical instructor, or classroom/lab.
• Able to work with adult learners from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong oral and written communication; ability to build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop and maintain clinical partnerships in the Greater Seattle area.
• Coordinate alignment of clinical experiences with course and program outcomes.
• Serve as liaison between clinical staff, faculty, and students to resolve issues.
• Prepare and oversee clinical schedule with PLU and Orbis leadership.
• Monitor attendance and manage clinical makeup requirements.
