Job summary

Job Overview

Job Title: Warehouse Operations Manager

Location: Dallas, TX 75211

Salary Range: $70,000 - $80,000 per year

Shift: 2nd Shift, Monday to Friday 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement across all departmental operations, focusing on safety, production goals, problem solving, and team building.
• Maintain a fast‑paced, high‑energy warehouse environment and stay active throughout the shift.
• Monitor production reports to ensure hourly KPIs are met or exceeded.
• Encourage feedback from team members to uphold the highest standards and reward top performers.

Qualifications

• At least five years of supervisory warehouse experience leading a team of 100+.
• Proven ability to lead, encourage, and coach employees to meet production goals.
• Experience managing P&L, implementing and enforcing safety protocols, and fostering a “Customer First” environment.
• Highly reliable with excellent attendance; consistently drives team to meet goals and metrics.
• Positive, respectful attitude and willingness to receive coaching and feedback.
• Physical ability to work 8 hours a day, standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 30 pounds.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Military and/or veteran status encouraged.
