Job summary

Convergint Technologies LLC is seeking a full-time Operations Manager to join our growth‑oriented team. You will oversee branch operations, drive efficiency, ensure customer satisfaction and lead a team of operations professionals to deliver on contracts.

You’ll collaborate with sales, service and project teams to optimize planning, budgeting and execution while upholding our values of integrity and teamwork. Convergint is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree, trade school or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3–5 years of operations, service or project management experience.
• Experience in one or more of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach and train the Operations staff to improve skills.
• Ensure customer satisfaction on all accounts.
• Manage contracts: cost review, labor and subcontractors, invoicing and collections.

What you’ll do with "Our Training and Your Experience"

• Manage, oversee and coordinate all aspects of branch operation activities including, but not limited to, the following: operations planning, qualifying potential business, operational review of proposals and bookings.
• Coach, council and train the Operations force to improve individual skills.
• Overall responsibility for customer satisfaction on all installed accounts.
• Overall responsibility for execution of contracts – estimated cost vs. actual cost; review of contracts; supervision of labor and subcontractors; planning and scheduling contracts, preparation of invoices, and collections.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as requested or required.

What You’ll Need

• Strong management skills related to Project Management.
• Leadership Orientation – Actively seeks ways in which to act as a role model, guide, develop and mentor others within the Operations Department; Strong team leadership, team building and facilitation skills.
• Strong financial analytical skills including cost control.
• Excellent Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word and Power Point skills.

Requirements:
