The Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring that all Member Service Representatives (MSRs), both face-to-face and virtual, adhere to policies and procedures to serve our members effectively.

Educational Requirements:

• Minimum of a 2-year business-related degree required.
• A 4-year business-related degree is preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

• Effective communication skills and the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships with coworkers and members.
• Knowledge of office machines, ATMs, and computers.
• Strong aptitude for figures and researching complex issues.
• Previous supervisory experience or at least two years of banking experience is required.
