Strategic Resources, Inc. (SRI) is seeking a Quality Control Manager to oversee all quality aspects for a MFLC contract in Washington, DC.

The role emphasizes data collection, reporting, and credentialing/training compliance for personnel, with collaboration between contractor management, counselors, and government stakeholders. The MFLC program provides confidential counseling and program management services for military service members and families.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years’ supervisory experience.
• Minimum of five years’ experience managing operational efficiencies and quality standards for projects or programs of a similar complexity and scope.
• Masters Degree in Social Work or similar field.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of quality for the contract, including data collection and reporting.
• Ensure that all of the quality assurance programs, metrics, reports, and data are gathered, managed, and reported within contract standards.
• Ensure compliance with credentialing and training of all personnel.
• Provide support in order to ensure effective communication between contractor management, counselors, and Government stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements to ensure the highest standards of quality of operations for counselors.

QUALITY CONTROL MANAGER

SRI is seeking committed and passionate Quality Control Manager (QCM) to provide critical services to Veterans.

Overview:

The purpose of the MFLC Program is to provide confidential counseling, consultation, outreach, and program management services that support the readiness, resilience, and well-being of eligible military service members, their families, and survivors. Through a proactive and embedded service delivery model, licensed counselors will provide accessible preventative support that help eligible military service members and their families address the unique challenges associated with military life. These services are intended to reduce barriers to seeking counseling, promote early problem resolution, and strengthen the overall resilience of the military community. The MFLC Program currently deploys more than 2,500 licensed counselors to military installations throughout the United States (U.S.) and in more than 25 foreign countries.

Required Educations, Skills & Experience:

• A minimum of five years’ supervisory experience.
• A minimum of five years’ experience managing operational efficiencies and quality standards (quality control and quality assurance) for projects or programs of a similar complexity and scope.
• Masters Degree in Social Work or similar field

Desired qualifications:

• Two years’ experience working in a mental health field such as social work, psychology, marriage/family therapy, or counseling, and possesses a current license at the independent practice
• level.
• A certification in quality assurance, six sigma, program management, or other related field.
• Two years’ experience working with DoW organizations and/or military experience.
