Job summary

iCatalyst, Inc. seeks a Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect to join our federal program team in the Washington, DC area.

You will serve as the lead technical authority for Power Platform development, designing scalable, enterprise-grade solutions that meet security and compliance standards. The role requires 10+ years in solution architecture with at least 3 years supporting government agencies, and a PL-600 certification.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in solution architecture, enterprise app development, technical leadership, and systems integration.
  • Minimum of 3 years supporting Government Agencies with proven enterprise-scale deployment experience.
  • Public Trust clearance and U.S. citizenship required for federal work.
  • Experience designing and deploying secure, scalable Power Platform solutions for enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Power Platform development efforts and act as the technical authority.
  • Design end-to-end architecture for enterprise-scale applications and integrations.
  • Establish governance, standards, and best practices for Power Platform projects.

Role Overview

We are seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect to join our growing team in support of our federal program. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to impactful, mission-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the lead technical authority for all Microsoft Power Platform development efforts.
  • Design and oversee end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise-scale applications and business solutions.
  • Establish and maintain governance frameworks, development standards, and best practices for the Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Lead the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and high-performing applications, workflows, and automations.
  • Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance across application development and systems integration initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and technical requirements.
  • Ensure solutions are designed, implemented, and deployed in accordance with client requirements, security standards, and enterprise architecture principles.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
  • Special projects as needed.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in solution architecture, enterprise application development, technical leadership, and systems integration.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting Government Agencies, with proven experience designing and deploying enterprise-scale solutions.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) certification required.
  • Proven ability to work in fast-paced, client-focused environments.
  • Experience supporting federal programs preferred.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree or a Master’s degree in STEM, Computer Science, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600) certification.
Work Location and Schedule
  • Washington, DC (Hybrid/Remote)
  • Monday – Friday 8AM – 5:30PM EST
  • Work schedules and arrangements may be adjusted based on client and program needs

Compensation
  • The likely salary range or Hourly rate for this position is $140k-$170k.

Salary range reflects our commitment to pay equity and transparency. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, certifications, labor qualifications, geographic location and contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
