Job summary

Zara USA, Inc. is seeking an Operations Manager in Walnut Creek, CA to help run day-to-day store operations. The role balances stockroom duties with shop floor activities, driving efficiency and excellent service. You will lead a team, ensure accurate stock replenishment, and contribute to a seamless customer experience.

What we expect from you

As an Operations Manager, you are accountable in supporting the day to day running of the store operations, balancing your time between the stockroom and shop floor. Some of your main responsibilities will be:
