Responsibilities include directing production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and leading supervisors to meet productivity and Lean goals while ensuring safety and quality compliance.
ODB is hiring an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day manufacturing operations, including production scheduling, materials management, shipping/receiving, machine utilization, quality standards, plant capacity, and Lean Manufacturing initiatives. This role owns manufacturing and shipping quality for whole goods and parts, develops strategic plans to hit productivity and efficiency targets, and oversees safety, equipment maintenance, and staffing — directly or through supervisory reports.
Split between manufacturing floor and office; frequent walking; flexibility for overtime/weekends; occasional travel.

Pay is commensurate with experience and will be in the range of $170,000 to $183,600.
