Rentokil‑Terminix is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager in Halifax, NS to expand the existing team. The Halifax Branch is experiencing exciting growth, to support the continued expansion of our operations in Nova Scotia, we are seeking an experienced professional to join our operations management team. This position requires occasional inter‑provincial travel to support broader regional coverage. Operations Manager will be responsible for training, leading and developing a team of service technicians. They will help achieve sales and revenue goals, client loyalty and retention, as well as ensure the team is providing exceptional service to our clients. Additional management duties include :
