Rentokil Terminix is seeking a Pest Control Technician to service routes based in Concord, ON. Schedule is Sunday to Thursday, with responsibilities including inspecting properties, applying treatments, and advising clients on prevention.

The role requires a high school diploma, 1–2 years of customer-facing experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain provincial Structural Exterminator Licensing. Company vehicle, cell phone, and bonus opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer facing and/or route based experience.
• Must pass a pre-employment background screen.
• Willing to obtain and maintain Structural Exterminator Licensing within the province with manager assistance.
• Valid FULL driver’s license and ability to pass a MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Inspecting interiors and exteriors on a recurring schedule to identify infestation sources and access.
• Prepare and apply products using sprayer and set traps per guidelines.
• Offer recommendations to clients on preventing pest infestations.
• Operate company vehicle and maintain service equipment.
• Build customer relationships with friendly, helpful service visits.
• Identify and engage customers for additional service offerings.
