SIKKY MANUFACTURING is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to join our team. You will oversee multiple projects from conception to completion, collaborating with design, engineering, and production to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery and top quality.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring that all project requirements are met
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders, including upper management and clients
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed
  • Work closely with the design and engineering teams to ensure that project specifications are met
  • Oversee the production process and ensure that all products meet quality standards
  • Manage project budgets and expenses, and provide regular reports to upper management
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and timely delivery
  • Conduct project reviews and evaluations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
  • Mentor and provide guidance to project team members, including design, engineering, and production staff

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team at SIKKY MANUFACTURING.
