The Role

As our Operations & Translator Proficiency Manager, you’ll own the end-to-end human-in-the-loop engine that powers 300+ hours of video per batch. You’ll audit current workflows, revamp our translator bootcamp, and ensure 75+ linguists hit quality, speed, and utilization targets—all while feeding product insights back to Engineering.

Your 90-Day Impact

• Process Audit & Scale Plan: Map/document Cadence workflows; propose scalable OKRs/KPIs; log feature requests.
• Bootcamp Revamp: Expand our training videos into a full-fidelity curriculum; launch live seminars; set QA baselines.
• Team Cadence & Ownership: Lead weekly ops syncs; track “proficient hours” vs. idle time; roll out SOPs and Notion standards.

What You’ll Do

• Lead Translator Training & Proficiency (100% ownership)
• Build & Maintain SOPs, Process Maps, and Capacity Plans
• Drive QA Reviews and client-feedback loops
• Forecast, Schedule & Optimize translator resources
• Partner with Engineering to scope operational tooling enhancements

How We Measure Success

• Weekly count of “fully proficient” translators & % utilization
• Monthly on-time delivery rate and average quality score
• Clean adoption of updated SOPs and training curriculum

Who You Are

• Experience: 3–5 years in service operations, localization, or training program management
• Hard Skills: Process mapping, SOP creation, KPI analytics, Notion (or equivalent)
• Soft Skills: Engaging trainer, cross-cultural communicator, high-energy “do-er” with positivity and grit
