The Rhode Island Bar Association seeks an Operations Manager to enhance operational performance through modernizing internal systems. Position Summary We are a small, mission-driven team with a big impact—and we’re looking for an Operations Manager to help us scale smart. We are seeking a detail-oriented, tech-savvy Operations Manager to lead and streamline internal systems, improve workflows, and manage our publications arm, Culture & Language Press. This person will collaborate across departments (training, marketing, sales, and fulfillment) and play a key role in modernizing and optimizing our operational infrastructure. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable with making decisions about tech stacks, and eager to be a changemaker—bringing fresh perspective and practical solutions to support the organization.
Assess CCC’s current tech stack and lead initiatives to consolidate, upgrade, or improve systems and workflows as well as creating process documentation. Potential projects for collaboration with the team include:
Creating a revenue dashboard, updating reporting tools, and organizing cloud storage (e.g. Dropbox).
Work with Marketing and Sales teams to evaluate and improve processes within Pipedrive and MailChimp.
Implement or optimize automations using tools like Zapier to streamline internal workflows.
Refining operational processes for CCC’s online courses and Licensed Trainers along with the eLearning and Training team members.
Helping scope and implement a centralized graduate certificate system and scope database for our programs.
Support CCC’s efforts around higher education accreditation.
