Role Description

The Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Tucson, AZ, responsible for overseeing daily pest control operations and ensuring service quality and efficiency. This role manages scheduling, routing, and resource allocation for field technicians to meet customer needs promptly and effectively. The Operations Manager monitors service performance, enforces safety and compliance standards, and implements process improvements to optimize workflow and customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include supervising staff, coaching team members, resolving operational issues, and coordinating with customer service to address client concerns. The role also involves tracking key metrics, managing inventory and equipment, supporting budget and cost control efforts, and collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives.

• Operational management and planning skills, including experience overseeing daily field service activities and optimizing schedules and routes.
• Leadership and team supervision skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop staff in a fast-paced service environment.
