About Us:

Trenton Circus Squad empowers youth through the circus arts, cultivating leadership, creativity, and teamwork in a supportive and high-energy environment.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Operations Manager to support and lead event execution and program logistics through December 31st. This is a temporary position covering a maternity leave and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate volunteers and transportation logistics; Oversee day-to-day logistical needs for programming and events; Collaborate closely with staff to ensure smooth operations
• Take full responsibility for planning and executing events and workshops, including logistics, outreach, and on-site management
• Manage outreach to community partners and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in operations, event planning, and volunteer coordination, including:
• Creating invitation lists; Coordinating with vendors; Securing local sponsorships; Forming and managing committees; Managing RSVPs and promotional efforts
• Leading the execution of multi-day events from start to finish
• Strong communication skills – both written and verbal;Adaptability – comfortable juggling multiple tasks and shifting priorities; Team-oriented – collaborative, communicative, and willing to ask for support; Positive and energetic – brings enthusiasm to everything from setup to stakeholder engagement
