Job summary

New Horizons of SWFL in Bonita Springs, FL, seeks an Operations Manager to lead safety, transportation logistics, and facilities maintenance for a faith-based nonprofit serving students. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to implement safety protocols across campus and fleets.

You will design and oversee safety drills, manage vehicle operations, coordinate repairs, and train staff in CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health & safety management or related field.
• 3+ years experience in operations, logistics, or facility leadership.
• 5+ years experience in safety-related field.
• 5+ years of staff supervisory experience.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification (Instructor cert is a plus).
• CDL Class B with School bus endorsement preferred — willing to drive.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and driving record review.

Are you a operational leader who loves Jesus? New Horizons is a faith-based non-profit seeking a dedicated Operations Manager. In this role, you will keep our students safe, manage daily logistics of transportation, coordinate facility repairs and train staff in all safety protocols. You will ensure our ministry runs smoothly and securely every day.
