Responsible for the direction and control of the company’s daily operations for the branch
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Responsible for managing Operation Supervisors, Coordinators and Dispatchers in all aspects of operations
- Responsible for communication with clients during assignments, preparation and distribution of updates and preparation, review and issuance of final reports
- Principal contact for the company’s customers
- Takes the lead in investigating customer complaints and non-conformances
- Responsible for ensuring that company policy is followed by all direct reports
- Expected to represent the company at industry functions, engage in marketing activities with existing and potential customers
- Work closely with Administrative staff or Branch Manager in ensuring timely and accurate invoicing of all jobs
Required Skills
- 5+ years experience in the Petroleum, Petrochemical, and Chemical industry required
- Hands-on experience of inspection and/or laboratory work strongly preferred
- Bachelor or Associates Degree preferred
- Excellent inter-personal and communication skills required
Working Conditions
Office Environment - Terminal/Facility Visits Probable - Work and After Work Social Events Possible
