About the Role

Tyson Remodel is looking for a motivated and organized Operations Manager to help streamline and support the day-to-day operations of our growing remodeling business. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or someone early in their construction management career who’s eager to gain real experience across multiple aspects of operations.

Responsibilities

• Source, coordinate, and manage subcontractors for various residential remodel projects
• Input and maintain accurate job costing data to support budgeting and financial tracking
• Oversee materials purchasing and delivery for multiple active job sites
• Support job scheduling and personnel coordination to keep projects on track
• Collaborate with field teams and management to ensure smooth project execution

Ideal Candidate

• Educational background or interest in construction, project management, or business operations
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities across different teams
• Self-starter with a willingness to learn and grow into the role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and general digital tools
• Excellent communication skills

• Internship or hands-on experience in construction or operations
