Job summary

Luminant Power LLC is seeking an experienced Plant Operations leader for a role that oversees a plant within the regional fleet, with potential responsibility for multiple sites and mine sites. You will direct safety, environmental and regulatory compliance, as well as operation, maintenance, and engineering support, while shaping short and long-range plans.

The position offers a salary between $145,000 and $172,000 annually, plus eligibility for a bonus, profit sharing and comprehensive

Qualifications

• Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to some of the skills listed.
• 7 years supervisory/management experience
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent

• Overall responsibility for a Plant within the regional fleet, may manage multiple sites.
• Provide management and direction of safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.
• Lead long and short range planning, O&M/Capital plans, project and contractor management, staffing and employee development.

This role will pay between $145,000 to $172,000 annually depending upon skills and experience. This role is also eligible for bonus, profit sharing and benefits for the employee and their eligible dependents.
